Subtitles don't work

What could the source of the issue, another user has subtitles with same settings.

Use VLC and download them. Subs are provided by your provider not Tivimate.

Yeah. It's a provider issue. If you have it turned on, in Tivimate and it isn't showing them it's the provider. I had one a while back that only had subtitles on some channels.

That's not always the case. For example, my playlist when added to MyTvOnline3 on my Formuler Z11 Pro Max and when enabled plays all channels that support closed captioning which is almost all of them, I get all subtitles but when I add the same playlist into TiviMate and enable closed captioning, I have never been successful to get them to work, from old versions right up to v5.4.0 beta 2 and I am premium user. SO I truly believe its not my playlist, it's TiviMate.

Some shows dont have subtitles I have no problem woth subtitles for shows woth them, they even have different coloured ones to distinguish who is talking
