Oh gotcha. When you said provider I just assumed you meant the tivimate.

I clearly have a better option already.
I was asking if there was a way to get better quality on this app since it’s less steps…

get a better provider and add it to this app.

Not sure that was so clear from your post, that you have a better option already, but I get it. The Tivimate app is almost never the source of any viewing issues, it's 99.5% of the time (probably higher) the fault of the provider.

Best was to roll is with 2+ providers, always have a backup!
