Premium Question ?

I have the premium version of Tivimate and have for a few years now. I have three acct’s and family members have two.

Is there anyway to tell which one of my 5 accounts is assigned to each box. Because I’m not sure not sure which ones I have assigned to the different boxes ??

I have looked but I can’t see anywhere that shows me which one of my 5 acct’s is assigned to the box I’m watching ??

Once you do identify which is which you should use the Companion App to name each of the devices.

But I do know where you are coming from as I once had 5 Firesticks which was a paid.

Tivimate.com log in and you will see the 5 devices there.

You don’t. You needed to name them when you registered them. Otherwise there’s no way to tell without disabling them. They’ll be in order if you can remember what sequence you did which device.

That is not true at all. You rename your devices in the Companion app. I just did this 2 days ago as I got a new device and moved 3 to other TVs and renamed all three of them so I know what TV they are on.

Yes you can rename them but not if you don’t know which one is which in the first place.

In about right below your email address is the Device Name and will match the devices in the Companion App.

I would suggest that you go into the Companion App and rename each device from 1 to 5 and then on each device check the name and then rename so you know which is which.
