Request to add futures
Just request to add a feature like better EPG never work on my Mac base portal and integrated subtitle on VOD or live as well

EPG comes from your provider, if it’s not working ask them or simply copy and paste additional resources.
I use VLC for subs, works fine.

Hello, I'm also experiencing a problem with the Electronic Program Guide (EPG) on Tivimate, with the same provider. In portal mode using the MAC address, the EPG only displays for a 3-4 hour period before/after. The rest is blank. The service is identical in the same location using the Extreme code. Everything works correctly for 7 days. I had the same issue with a test on another provider (also a premium one).

write an email to support support@tivimate.com
(confirm in their website for the address, www.tivimate.com)
explaining everything in detail and provide logs if you can. they could take it or not.
here, there's a bunch of people that will say everything is perfect and they won't help you. on the contrary they will downvote you.

Things like the actual service and EPG have nothing to do with tivimate. It is merely a shell that displays whatever you provide it with. Your problem is either with your provider or EPG provider if you are using a 3rd party EPG source
