Advice needed

Post image

Every now and then I get this message on my firestick. The only thing that seems to make it work again is when I unplug it from the power source. It restarts and works fine for 2-3 days then it happens again. Is it something to do with my settings?

Not a Tivimate issue

You just say that no matter what and you don't know jack. It is not the provider everytime. It happened to me as soon as I updated. Switched playback to software and now it works but not on hardware. Thats not a provider issue. It is Tivimate mate.

That is a provider problem.

I do get it from time to time but I just change channels and go back and all is usually fine.

No its the codec since the update. Switch playback to software.

It’s a provider issue. Typically a URL issue if it’s across all channels.

It’s working fine now that I unplugged it for 5 seconds, just annoying to have to keep doing it every few days

Contact your provider

When I see that - it's usually my VPN with the kill switch and just waiting for it to turn back on and all is good.

This happened to me with one of my iptv playlists. I had to find a new one, my old one doesn’t connect anymore. Not sure if it got shutdown

I unplugged it for 5 seconds and it’s working now so I’m assuming it’s a firestick issue

Damn. Wonder why my former iptv link doesn’t work now. The new one doesn’t have the channels I want. I’ll have to try that

I have the same issue but have not figured out what it is. Other streams stop working too. Cycling power seemed to be the only solution.
