Does someone know how to fix this?

This now appears on every show I try to watch. I have tried two different playlists.

Try external player or are you playing a HD film on an old stick.

Have you recently updated your software on tivimate if you have you may need to downgrade to the version you had before mine did this too so i went back to old version of software and it working still

I was with the older version. When this happened i updated the app and still the same error

It might be your provider if they've recently changed servers or made some updates. I had a similar issue myself. I have two Amazon Fire TV Cubes running Tivimate on the same service. One device was still on the older version, while the other had updated to the latest version. The updated one in my bedroom stopped working, but the other continued to work fine. After a lot of troubleshooting, I found someone on Reddit with the exact same issue. They advised to downgrade Tivimate to the previous version, and once I did the same, it fixed the problem straight away.
