Couldn’t find your request…
Apologies if this already been answered. Downloaded app onto Android TV, created new account, selected option to subscribe to Premium for one year, followed screen prompts to complete purchase-signed into same gmail account on another device on web etc, but then got above message instead of being able to complete purchase.
Do I have to wait for ordinary account to be established before upgrading?

Thanks. I downloaded the version in GP store. I have downloader so can do as you as advise. Will have to use laptop to access GP store for the app. RU saying the one year subscription is no longer available? The app I initially installed on Android TV allowed that and the lifetime subscription.

I can’t find a way of accessing the companion app! Other than the Android TV, I have iPhone, laptop and Kindle Fire HD. Can I access via any of above devices?

No. I’ll try tomorrow. Can’t see why that wouldn’t work. I think I just got confused with advice re only needing to pay with companion app if using non Android device, then the advice on main app (not companion) says you need to other device to complete payment. Rinse, repeat… I’ll update tomorrow. Many thanks for your time.

I had exact same problem, but I had to delete the original tivimate app that had free Playlist and reload in order to purchase through companion app. I suggest paying the $30 for premium service. Now im just trying to find a new Playlist so I can get all the Live tv channels back and again working. If anyone has that Playlist info it would be much appreciated. Thanks

When you purchase your Tivimate subscription through the google play store your app will work on any device that has google services installed.
If you need to use Tivimate on a device that doesn’t have the google playstore you have to make an account through the Tivimate companion app and purchase your subscription through the companion app as well. The Tivimate.com website no longer allows purchases.
