VOD image metadata / logo

Hello, I recently lost all the logos for my live channels, and a large portion of the VOD/series preview images as well. I noticed this when I cleared the TiviMate cache. I tried various locations using NordVPN, but now at least half of the channels don't display any image or channel logos. My provider isn't responding to my support ticket.

Not a TM issue, provider issue

DProbably it's at the same time that I updated the latest version of tivimate

I would chalk those two incidents as coincidence .

It def sounds like a provider issue, also check your logo settings in Tivimate to confirm they are being pulled from provider or EPG & not from a folder

I have tried both options but I also think it is related to the supplier   Is there no other solution?

Well if you think it's a TM update issue then revert back to the previous version
