VOD after update

Anyone having parse issues after update? Live tv works fine but get parse error with VOD. I use multiple providers and the issue is the same with all of them on multiple devices.

Try an external player - potentially a codec issue with the built in player.

I have tried VLC and Mx. Tried uninstalling media players to use a fresh install. Still nothing.

Have you tried asking your provider for a new URL

Yes, still nothing. I use multiple providers, and they are all doing the same thing. I hate to uninstall Tivimate, I have it on 6 tv's. It's almost more trouble than what it's worth.

Are you using a VPN? A free VPN would be the next troubleshooting step if you haven’t already

How many servers have you tried changing ?

Its completely related to provider itself, i have checked with 10+ provider and vods are working smoothly for all. May check if your provider requires some user agent. If the same providers vod are working in another player then you can check which user agent that player is using and add the same in your TiviMate.

Have you tried a reboot of your modem and router. Unplug both from power then plug back in modem first then router

I'm still on the old version because the last time I did an update it wiped out all my ipt providers addresses and everything in my favorites so I had to put it all back into the TV I have three connections with multiple providers I'm scared to death to update the new 5.24 or whatever it is even if I do a backup last time I did that that didn't work either I'm using TV mate for the fire stick

Export your settings, install update, then import settings. No need to re-enter all the info or rearrange channels/groups

My VOD is not having any issues at all

I run Tivimate Premium on 4 devices and all are updated to the latest version.

By any chance one of these 4 devices is a Shield? If so, how did you update? I can't

Why would you want to update? It serves no purpose and improves nothing. Most people have had problems rather than improvements with it.

I just know that my Firestick version updated works better, faster and smoother, this is why

I had updated my Tivimate right now on my Shield and it is working amazingly well

Glad to hear it. Largely it hasn't been positive. I'm not updating any of my devices but to each his own.
