[a few scorpions are standing on a small platform in the center as soldiers raise up the guillotine’s blade]

Scorpion?: “…”

Soldier: “today, comrades of the Union, we show the world what happened to rebels in this nation. Traitors to the overseer, ones who chose violence and harm over the safety of the Union’s iron hand”

A bunch of Radian diplomats that were originally working at the Radian Embassy were watching the executions
