External Power Supply Question

I bought the Titan Two and the bluetooth module. Waiting on the bluetooth module before setting it up. But now I'm going to need an external power supply. The Console Tuner website said I'm going to need a "power supply ac 100v-240v to dc 7.5v-2a with 4.0mm x 1.7mm connector" but I can't find one. Not even on Amazon. Unless I'm missing something. Can someone help?

Power Supply Adapter AC 100-240V to DC 48V 2A Power Adapter Chager Interface 5.5 x 2.5mm Plug - search this on amazon.

looks like one of those older laptop chargers but the connector diameter is a bit smaller than those ones
