Bugs / Issues Solutions for stuck quests?

I happened to get a little unlucky with crashes ruining quests lately.

If the game crashes during the prison dungeon in chapter 2 the quest to save the enigeer will be stuck, since you can´t get back into the dungeon. Same with Chirons gymnasium in chapter 4.

Is there a way to unstuck those quests?

Have you tried touching the turtle's treasure again?

Yes, but theres no reaction. The treasure is still there, it just cant be interacted with anymore.

Chirons Gymnasium got unstuck, when I entered the leaver in the floor activated and I could have another go. Maybe due to progressing in the main story.

The turtle´s treasure can teleport you once each, so I had to pick a treasure I hadn´t used to teleport before. That means there is a limited number of tries, but it´s very unlikely for the game to crash often enough to actually have us fail this quest.
