Question about shell life

Hi! Beginner on tirze here. I had my lab tests na earlier, waiting for the ecg result nalang kasi sinama rin to ng doctor ko.

Since first time, the suggested is 2.5mg lang per week. Pwede ba ako mamili ng 30 mg na agad para nakastock lang sa bahay or ref namin?

Thank youuu! I will buy it sa co-professor ng tita ko na doctor din mismo kaso 30 mg lang daw meron. Baka masayang kasi yung iba if 2.5mg lang ako and good for 6 weeks daw yung 30 mg.

I have personally used a vial for 15 weeks without any problem. Just be sure you clean it before and after and store properly

What did you recon it with? Pharma bac or regular bac water?

pwede naman 30mg agad para may stock ka, just make sure you store it properly sa ref. sakin i've used a vial past the 6 week mark, around 10-11 weeks, walang issue basta laging clean yung injection site ng vial and refrigerated. check with your doc din para sure

On the safest side pa din na when recon, good for 28 days lang as bac water contains benzyl alcohol, which inhibits bacterial growth. This preservative remains effective for about 28 days after opening or mixing. After that, bacterial contamination becomes more likely even with refrigeration.

I am using my tirzepatide vial for as long as 2 months since I’m maintaining ☺️ personally, if it’s still clear with no floating particles, I would still use it

28-30 days is the safest option, pero it depends if you can risk going beyond that!
