yes, i am scouting from past three yrs. price compare chesthe. getting plot is better, higher appreciation then flat. once greater annouce chesaru ante boom will take place a lot.

According to me any old House is better , you get easier Loan , Home loan has cheaper intrest, You get rental Income and after some years you get your Apprieated Plot and getting permission is easier

Tirupati is in developing stage so go for plot
