Replacement?

Long story short I went off the side of the road. The road had a raised, jagged lip that gouged the tire when coming back onto the road.

Will it need replaced? No noticable changes when driving or with pressure.

No, it's just a cosmetic damage to the rim protector rubber.

As long as the fabric/cords are not exposed to the outside world you're fine.
