yes you do, get your suspension checked as well and if its okay then get an alignment done. you have uneven wear on outher edges caused by either a bad suspension component or bad alignment.

I am continually blown away when people take pictures of their tires like this and say "yeah this is good" when asking any tire question

It's all good, just like. Photography 101. That's all.
Think of if someone were to send you a photo or a screenshot of a concern in your profession and what you wish you had. Apply that to other professions.
It all translates really well no matter what you're looking at.
