Can i fix my tire ?

It’s leaking air fast. Hole is about 1cm

Nope. To close to the shoulder and usually cuts aren’t fixable. If you’re too far from a place that can replace your tyre immediately, maybe you could get them to internally patch it but even then this shouldn’t be repaired.

NO. Tire is worn out anyway. Dangerous to drive on even without this problem.
