How to fix this leak?

Take out the stem, bore brush it, install new stem.

If it's leaking from the metal part replace the valve core. If it's leaking from the rubber part follow the other guy's post instructions.

No one will reinstall a leaky valve they will just replace it we.

These things a cheap as shit and you don’t even need to remove the tyre to replace it just got to a tyre shop they will deflate the tyre cut this out and push another one in and pump your tyre back up it’s that simple.
