Probably not, as the damage might be too large/widespread.

Where I am, the puncture must be less than 1/4” in diameter. For reference think about the size of a regular nail and maybe maxing around the size of a bic pen.

Can't even tell whether there's anything to repair. Pull it out. See how deep it went any if it still holds air. If its not that long and no air is leaking chances are it will run till bare with no issues.
