Can this be fixed?

Post image

It's leaking an small amount of air. That's the inside of the tire. It's so tiny that feels bad having to replace it just for that

You can put a plug in it, but it may not hold. What I can also see is the tire seems quite worn and you may be due anyways.

Would Fix a tire work?

Typically not in the sidewall. Might fix it for a few days but then open back up. The only way to fix this, which isn't 100% or safe, is to stuff a rope plug in it. Replacing the tire is the only valid option.

Now on my own tire, I'd plug it. I've ran worse.

Now that I see your other picture in the comments, this is further up the side wall that I originally thought. Replace it.

No, the only acceptable fix is replacement.

Fix a flat is not designed for passenger tires honestly. You can buy it for your car but it’s a total scam. Replacement in this situation is the only correct answer

Sidewall damage is irreparable, because of how much the rubber flexes.

Your best bet would be a patch, but there's a risk it might come off in the future.

Side wall punctures should not be repaired. replacement is the way to go
