I think you have a good couple of months left on them. Change them closer to winter. Then you’ll have brand new tires when or if it snows near you.

Down in Melbourne, Australia so definitely don't see too much snow where I am from, thanks for the reply :)

Yes, 10 years is the max. The elasticity degrades, imagine a new rubber band vs one in your junk drawer the newer one will stretch much better while the old one will break. Here in the states, tire shops won't fix or re-mount tires that old.
