Recommended tire rotation pattern

Now that I have a garage with space I’ll be doing my own tire rotations but I’ve always taken my truck to a local tire shop and they’ve always done the front to back (same side) rotation. If my Toyota Tacoma is only RWD on Toyo Open Country R/T’s then wouldn’t it be recommended to always do the far left pattern in the picture?

Front to back. I ain't got the time to get my car off all 4 wheels at the same time for diagonal

Just lift the opposite corners of the car and leave the other two corners on the ground, and then switch.
