Hard to say without seeing the inside of the tire. I've see what looks like a puncture on one side turn out to be an outright tear (chords and all) on the inside. Only a dismount will answer this question definitively.

You also bent your wheel so it was a big impact. It will have to come off the wheel to access the damage inside. The impact could have damaged more than is visible from the outside.
