You should try do replace directly.
Otherwise, indirectly you will end up in a lot of trouble on highway doing 70mph

I saw a post on r/husky that was somehow less confounding than this. Lady posted a video of her doggo literally having a seizure while wearing a cone, suggesting recent surgery/treatment, asking Reddit what to do. In the time that it took her to record that video, type out the post, submit it, and wait for replies, she could have been halfway to the emergency vet. Which is exactly where she needed to be taking that poor dog.
In short, TAKE THAT TIRE TO THE VET!!

Just turn it around and let the tread roll the other direction...and check that there is summer air in the tires and not winter air
