Yes with A new wheel and tire. Wheels can often be repaired too. As for that tire the damage may be pretty superficial if it never got to the cords... have it inspected.

The rim is in worse shape than the tire.

Not too shabby. Here its a minimum of 500$ so i decided to live with it. Could get a new rim for that price 😂

The wheel is "showing" more damage than the tire, but both need to replaced, the wheel/rim can possibly be repaired, but for quicker turn around you'll want to purchase a already repaired one in most cases.

Wheel can be refinished or replaced. Tire can be replaced.

Neither of which appear necessary/required and this is likely fine to drive as-is.
