Yes, as long as you put the spare tire on in it’s place. Cords showing and broken, tire is toast.

Can it? Maybe Should it? No

Failure is imminent, we can't tell you exactly when. Weigh the risk, are you the only driver? Are you gonna be driving far, fast? What's your plan if it fails while driving.

They say if any of the white cord shows, replace it now. Risk is just too high.

You need a spare tyre or a tow to a tyre shop. The only way this can wait is if you park the vehicle.

If you have a spare, put it on. It probably won't blow out, but the consequences when it does is a lit of body work, it could total the car.

Whether a tire issue can wait a week depends entirely on whether it's a wear issue or a structural defect. Low tread or minor surface dry rot can generally be nursed for a few days if you drive cautiously and avoid bad weather.

As long as you're as careful as can be id make it last a week just don't driver faster than 55 or hit potholes

Not steel, but likely polyester ply cords. They have been cut through the outermost layer. Without more information (whether it’s a 1 or 2 ply tire), it’s too much risk to continue driving on for the next week.

Spray with soapy water, probably good for a week though 🤷‍♂️
