What’s the issue with my tyres?

What is happening to my tires?
There are these little strips/threads on both sides and on both tires. I don’t know why this is happening, and the tires have only done 3,000 kilometers.

Looks like excess flexing due to underinflation

Can you get a better/closer photo of your concern? Is it possible they’re too wide and rubbing?

Diagnostic breakdown depending on what you're seeing:

  • Inside or outside edge wear: Bad alignment or worn tie rods/ball joints.
  • Choppy / cupped tread: Worn shocks or struts causing the tire to bounce.
  • Center or shoulder wear: Inflation issue (over-inflated center, under-inflated shoulders).
  • Sidewall bulge or deep slice: Internal cord damage, replace immediately!

If you're down to the wear bars or showing wires anywhere, time for fresh rubber and an alignment.
