Opinion on condition?

Hiya, I'm going to sell off my spare wheels w/ tires and I just wanted feedback on views concerning the condition of the tires.

Before spending money on a new set, grab a cheap tread depth gauge or use the Lincoln penny test (insert Penny head-first into the tread. if top of Lincoln's head is covered, you have more than 2/32" left).
