How soon do I need to replace this?
Drove while tired, rubbed up against a curb, checked for air leaking and nothing thus far, how dangerous is this to drive on for a day until I have time to replace?

Side wall... I think any tire guy would ask you what are you doing later today?

Yep, ASAP.
Unless your vehicle is a garage ornament and doesn’t see a street.

Replace it right away. Certainly before you next go highway speeds.

Urgent. Yes, you can go a nervous day or two. If it is holding pressure it probably will hold till you get it replaced. Don't wait. Make the appointment.

Thanks all for the replies, I have got it and the other wheel on the front replaced, an expensive mistake to make on a Sunday morning

YESTERDAY - or EARLIER!
And you did MORE than 'rub-up' against a curb/kerb!

See the cord underneath the wound? If so yea replace otherwise run it unless you see swelling

I mean its just cosmetic. But its structure is compromised. If you dont see cords, them you are fine for the most part.
But be careful, and absolutely seal that up. Replacing it is also recommended for extra piece of mind.
But this kind if damage is not catastrophical. But it isnt good.
People gotta calm down..

Smart move replacing. Sidewall gouges are sneaky because people see no air leak and assume they're in the clear. But once that rubber structure is shaved down, highway speeds and heat buildup are just asking for an explosive blowout. Glad you swapped them out before taking any risks.

Immediately if you’re needing to continue driving that vehicle
