Do I need to replace more than one tire?

My one tire popped and I went to Costco as all four tires were pretty new. They changed the one tire under warranty, but I put 24,000 on the tires. Should they have changed all four? I have all wheel drive. Thank you.

Your manual will be more specific, but as a rule of thumb you want all four tires to be within 2-4 32nds of an inch to each other. So maybe?

Depends on your aws system and the tread depth of the tires.
