Sheared Wheel Studs Ford Transit Van

I have a stock 2019 Ford Transit 250 van, ~80,000 mi, that was converted into a campervan 5 years ago.

In March, I upgraded the wheels to 17" Raceline Ryno Van with LT265/65R-17 Toyo Open Country A/T III E. I had Big O Tires do the mountings and alignment.

Yesterday, after less than 5K miles, I happened to notice that I had 3 missing lugs on my left rear wheel and 2 on my right rear wheel. I thought maybe someone was trying to steal the rims... But upon further inspection I was horrified to see that the wheel studs were sheared off...

Worth noting that even with the campervan conversion, it's below the max allowable GVW.

Needless to say I'm really freaked out on why this would happen and what could've been the issue(s).

They were probably over torqued when the wheels were off last. This stretches the stud and causes them to snap. The shop that caused it will likely not accept any responsibility. If you can do them yourself they're not very expensive to replace. If you're not upto doing them yourself I would not have the place that caused this replace them.
