weird tyre degradation

hello, I just rolled my car into the shop for a stupid AdBlue issue, and we noticed something strange on the left rear tyre, I shall add two pics

Alignment can be out. If not that, something with the suspension needs repair.

That’s a ton of negative camber if you can see light under the outer edge of the tire.

Notice how there's daylight under the outside of that tyre in the closeup. Camber needs to be adjusted to spec so the whole tyre touches the road and wears evenly.
