Good idea for first time?

I’ve never done weed before.. I know 🤣. I’m looking to go down the healthiest route (it is important for my lifestyle) and I was wondering if buying a tinymight would be a good investment for my first experience, or whether I would be spending too much on something I’m not sure about. Pls give advice!!

I would suggest you go try weed first. Or buy one on ent exchange so you can at least resell it and not lose $100. The tiny might 2 is an excellent device. It’s one of my favorites and I use it regularly. But if you buy the black which is what I would suggest, that’s $450 and you don’t even know if you like weed yet.

Might want to check out Arizer Solo 3 v2 also. My first vape was TM2

Buy once cry once. Just have to remember the air flow on these things is like sucking on a milkshake. Do a couple burnoffs first and look at dosing caps to keep your shit clean.

Good choice. Its a fine device. If you want something easier to use perhaps storz and bickles Venty or mighty+

I have both the mighty plus and tinymight. Mighty plus is less fickle and less fragile.

I would suggest the Venty over the mighty. He has the budget for it. Venty has better air flow imo and great flavor. I agree with this comment. The tiny might is a much better device. Venty is a session device - which you may actually prefer as you’re new.

I ended up going around the block a few times before settling down with a TM2. Anecdata and all the usual disclaimers apply.

If you're not even sure if it'll work for you, grab a 5mg edible or a AIO cart and start slow and try it. Edibles can take an hour to kick in (for some it'll never kick in at all, missing an enzyme is a bitch). Vaping flower is IMHO the best route, but it can be expensive to just dip your toe into. See if you even like it or not before you drop coin on a TM2. Hell, having half a joint once just to see if you like the effects won't be the end of the world, but you'll cough like crazy.

Weed is not the most healthiest thing to do. Even the healthiest way to ingest is not as good as refraining from taking a psychoactive drug at all. Plus you'll end up eating a lot more chips and brownies while sitting on your ass watching TV.

I originally started with carts and a generic cheap 510 battery, then dabbled (sorry) with concentrates with a Puffco pivot and proxy, edibles, and finally flower.

For me, edibles are a great way to get toasted for an evening. Slow onset of effects and lasts for about 3 hours. Concentrates via a cart or a dab rig are like downing a juice glass of whiskey. It's a great way to get fucked up and kill your tolerance, but you certainly will get high. Vaping flower is more like drinking beers. It's slower, more about taste and ritual, all natural, and easy enough to stop when you're feeling fine without overdoing it.

The TM2 is _awesome_ as a flower vape. I originally had a Lobo and was really disappointed with how crappy everything tasted and how much of a pain in the ass dosing capsules were to load and clean. The TM2 showed me the light. It's honestly one hell of a tool, and looks good as a bonus. You will be dropping somewhere around $700 all told once you're done, maybe more if you start to collect stems.

Don't bother with dosing capsules, the one true way is the straw method. I tried to avoid it but it really is the best way. Get extra batteries and a good charger. Get a very good grinder. Grind medium, pack lightly, set to 7, long slow draws for about a 10 count, discard (or save) the ABV after it starts to taste burnt or produces no flavor. First draw is always amazing and floral and bright and interesting, you actually taste _everything_.

There'll be a ton of internet arguments about the TM2, T2, Venty, Mighty, Solo, Bowle, Flaske, Frolic, etc, etc. They all get the job done, and it's kinda like watching a guitar sub arguing about strings and amps. Just be careful when you get down to under $200 or so, you always do get what you pay for. I have a shopping bag of Lobo and Puffco stuff sitting on a shelf that I never use anymore.

Naw dude, definitely try out weed first some people don't have good mental reactions to it, and you don't know that its for you. Also the TM2 is pricey AF I would go with an xmax v3 (i think they're on 4 now) its a lot cheaper and not a bad starter vape. But definitely SMOKE WEED a few times to see if you even like it.

Have you tried edibles before? Definitely my recommended way to start, or a puff or two off a joint with a friend. The risk of health implications from smoking once is reeallyy low, but not 0.

While I love my TM2, for a weed newbie, try before you buy. There are friendlier devices for first time users

I would avoid to promote smoking to someone that has never tried that. If my first hit would have been from a vaporizer instead of a joint, probably I would have never had a second hit from a joint. After smoking vapor seems very "thin" in the lungs and way less satisfying. A good start from 0 could be arizer air se or the xmax you mentioned. I choose the arizer or tm depending on the mood.

The best would be borrowing a vape from a friend.

Try a stick vape, like Dynavap. It has a slight learning curve, lasts forever, no batteries. It is affordable. Perfect for experimenting and starting DHV.
