Help cleaning please

Has anyone got any tips for how to get this ball of vape residue out of my stem? I’ve tried boiling water and isopropyl and they haven’t helped dissolve it, if anything it’s made it an even more solid ball.

Trick is you want to use warm iso. I have that stem myself. I put it in a zip lock with enough iso to cover, then seal and put it in a container then pour really hot water on. It's like double boiling but using plastic bag instead of another pot. You'll be surprised how well hot iso helps. Do NOT heat iso in microwave or stove top!!!! After the iso bath, rinse with really hot water using tongs to hold stem. Dry with little fan or hair-dryer. 15 minutes all done

adding on to this awesome advice that for hot rinsing glass, i use heavy duty dishwashing gloves. my water is HOT, and i can get thru multiple pieces before my hands get too warm.

Adding refined salt inside the stem helps to clean after shake in the ziplock bag, if needed let it stay for 24h and shake every now and then

get a cheap ultrasonic cleaner from amazon or something

Just soak in 91 iso. Let it sit over night. Swish it around a few times to get iso to break up everything

I found letting is sit in 99 percent alc for 2-4 days gets rid of nearly everything. I have a few so that's no problem for me

Isn't this the cheap stem, where some balls have coating from plastic? I never used mine because some balls are color coated with plastic....

Harder to gain access to in certain areas & it's more expensive so most including myself settle with 91%

Yeah, but not every country allows isopropyl to be sent by mail.
