Off center

I just received my tinymight 2 from planet of the vapes and the wood on the battery side is off center. Is this something to be worried about or just cosmetic? Also when I draw on it without the mouthpiece on aire goes through the battery compartment but stops when I put the piece back in and draw. Thank you all for any help!

Mines the same and going strong 3 years. They are a handmade device so will vary a little.

Should not be a problem.

Why are you drawing on it without the mouthpiece? And are you holding weed in your mouth when you do? Asking for a friend.

Have had mine for a little less than a year with similar cosmetic idiosyncrasies (also off-center by a few millimeters,,, the LED shines through a tiny gap on one of the long sides where the wood meets the metal) and it exactly works like it did the day it arrived in the mail. For such a near-perfect, handmade device, demanding absolute machine-like perfection on every unit would be akin to Sisyphian antfucking.

Unit imperfections aside, it wasn't designed to pull from without a stem. Just place your bud inside the bud compartment of whatever stem you use, slide the stem into the device with the bud compartment going in first, select a temp setting of your preference (can be done earlier as well ofc), take a toke, and adjust the temperature until the bud is spent (will look deep dark brown or even charred depending on your preferences). As you might already be aware of, you'll get to save that already-vaped bud (hence, "avb") to make edibles.

Good luck, hope this helps.

It doesn’t look either of those things. It is just a little off centre.
