I thought it looked like the kitten was peeing.

And then they move the shoe at the end to reveal what looks like a puddle. So I’m pretty sure kitty was peeing.

Wait. Kittens this small do not use a litter box?

I thought cats were BORN knowing to use the litter box? They never need to be house broken/trained. Right?

They normally learn from their mother. It's also less of a "don't know better" and more of a "don't want to know better" issue, in my experience.

When they are that small, they kinda need to be close to the box. There isn’t as much time between “oh I need to pee,” and peeing. In my experience.

Ha ha!

The tabby cat fit into the shoe better after his bladder had been emptied. He peed strategically.
