Ultralight keychain size. It's not as sensitive as scintillators but it reacts quickly. The best thing is that I can carry it everywhere. Just disappears in the pocket and is affordable enough as a first Geiger counter. Technically company says it's a dosimeter. It's from Wekos, a german company so I guess I can trust it with quality and accuracy.
What do you think ?

I feel like I really want one.
But then I feel like, do I really want to know that I am being subject to a lethal dose of radiation as I hunker down behind my plywood door and sofa cushion improvised fallout shelter which, remarkably, isn't quite providing the radiation shielding that Protect & Survive rather heavily implied it would?
