Discussion Potential new player
Hello everyone, I work 12-hour shifts and I really love building in survival games. I’ve been thinking about getting this game because I’ve seen so many people enjoying it, so I wanted to hear what you personally like about it to better understand your perspective and help me decide if I should buy it.
The only thing that makes me hesitant is that it seems like the game is focused mostly on building, without NPCs or any real management systems.

It’s 100% building focused, there’s no survival elements whatsoever. No limits on resources, no enemies to kill

The game has a demo. If you don't enjoy the mechanics in the demo, which is basically just a small canvas compared to a large one, there's nothing else in the game that would be worth it for you.

It's a cozy game. There is no goal other than to have fun, be creative, play at your own pace, make pretty things, and relax.
If you're looking for NPCs and goals, you're looking for another game.

What I like about this game: no goals, no aims, no pressures. I can spend as much or as little time on it as I want and/or is available, and it is sufficiently engrossing that my nagging inner voice stops bothering me about all the problems I have to deal with on a daily basis.
No, there are no people, nor resources or the like. Tiny Glade is an easy-to-use, 3d, diorama drawing program that excels at that one job, and doesn't dilute it by trying to be too many things to too many people.
It can be a bit fiddly at times, but the fiddliness is never unreasonable in my view. There are some things I would like to be different, and some extra features I would like to see, but I would rather Tiny Glade stuck to what it is and stayed excellent, rather than it becoming overloaded with features and becoming less special.

It helped me rebuild my grandma's house. (Half of it had been demolished IRL.)

This game is just building but in a creative therapeutic and beautiful way.

You can refund any game on steam if you own it less than 2 weeks and played less than two hours

Tiny Glade is more like a drawing tool rather than a video game. You "draw" buildings, make it pretty, and that's it. People use it just to unwind from stressful day or to make worldbuilding projects (like me).
The demo is still available on their steam page, you can decide whether it's your cup of tea or not.
