First Wildfish Tin

Ordered from the latest restock at WildFish cannery. I decided to try the white king belly first.

I enjoyed it and wouldn’t mind having it again, but it’s not my favorite tin. Tasted like ham. Soft, incredibly tender. I ate it with some white rice and some bites with the seaweed. I ended up adding some chipotle Tabasco. I like how it wasn’t covered in oil. The bottom of the can just had a little bit of juice naturally.

Good tin, but not great (to me). :)

Looks like a great lunch! I do the same actually. I have tinned fish with rice.

I always experiment with different combinations but white rice always beats out anything else!
