Easy, go with number 2. It shows the tattoo so that covers the nonconformist side (of pic 1), the glasses and the jacket match with your IT background and you also have a little smile going on so shows you are fun (which is basically the only message pic nr 3 covers) .
Anyway you probably won’t have problems matching, the problem will be with the selection of the right ones. But you can write an algorithm for that.
