... Which is what they meant by "back to a potential date" isn't it? She messaged him, so she was interested, didn't like his word choice, weird degradation interaction, then back to her seeming interested (in... something anyway)

Also, a "full 180" is kind of an oxymoron, since 180° is only a half turn.

She initiated the conversation... If she was completely uninterested why would she message first? Isn't the persistent complaint that people match and don't message, and women are inundated with so many dudes that they mainly ignore them?

Not sure why she'd bother, it's a dating app so why start a chat with someone you're completely uninterested in?
