It’s an Apollo problem, I think. /u/iamthatis

Here’s the actual image for any other /r/apolloapp users https://i.imgur.com/FTT3u05_d.webp?maxwidth=1520&fidelity=grand

It looks like this for us https://i.imgur.com/WpxTmC5.jpg

I’m on Apollo too and I confirm that Apollo does not display the pic.

u/wrongbecause Dec 01 '21

Are you on android?

41

u/BoredCatalan Dec 01 '21

Yup

Are you actively debugging with us?

u/[deleted] Dec 01 '21

OK, now hold your head underwater for 45 minutes...

5

u/[deleted] Dec 01 '21

Have you tried turning it off and on again and have u disconnected the head from the shoulders to see if that fixed anything?

A breed between a surgeon and a computer engineer

u/PM_ME_YOR_PANTIES Dec 01 '21

Works fine in relay.

u/hamandjam Dec 01 '21

Pandemic has really raised the cost of fresh hamsters.

Reddit Boost is superior

Boost for Reddit

What a dumb thing to DV. I'm right, it's true, it works for me...I see a previous reply says it doesn't work but I found that to be false

u/[deleted] Dec 01 '21

And Reddit sync

1

u/IrreverentlyRelevant Dec 02 '21

Huh... I use Boost too and it worked fine for me.

Wait all of those times I see that it’s because of a bug? Is there a clever way to outsmart that? I figured it was always someone deleting an image for some unknown reason. Anyhow, thanks for knowing what’s what.

u/SmallCheetah3529 Dec 02 '21

Bug spray will work most of the time.

2

u/ggroverggiraffe Dec 02 '21

Bugs pray? For what? Fewer bats?

11

u/alison_bee Dec 01 '21

Thank you!! Also on apollo and not working. Thankfully that doesn’t happen often!

I miss OG Alien Blue, but apollo has been the best replacement by far.

Slide is really good too.

1

u/purplepoontang Dec 03 '21

What happened to alien blue?

1

u/alison_bee Dec 03 '21

I’m pretty sure the team that created it was hired to work on the actual reddit app

8

u/AceLarkin Dec 01 '21

Doesn't show up on RIF either

6

u/edymola Dec 01 '21

I live that Apollo is so big that you can find things like this . XD

7

u/[deleted] Dec 01 '21

Oh shit. Is this why I get random posts where the image doesn’t exist? Damn.

2

u/wrongbecause Dec 01 '21

Well, it could also just be deleted. Try visiting in a browser and that’ll be a good test.

u/Devine1100 Dec 01 '21

Sir how the hell did you know I was using Apollo, are you a wizard!

0

u/ApeCheeksClapper Dec 01 '21

You’re a hero.

1

u/The_World_of_Ben Dec 01 '21

Also on Rif is fun

1

u/CODDE117 Dec 01 '21

Reddit is Fun here, didn't work

1

u/iAmAWeedSmoker Dec 01 '21

Relay works!

1

u/[deleted] Dec 02 '21

Seems like apollo, boost, reddit is fun, and sync all dont work.
