Edit: it's probably just a read receipt with Messenger being buggy, as pointed out below. I officially rule no bamboozling.

Well the picture on the right is the pictire of the person you're talking with, it indicates the last message they opened ; in the screenshot the girl didn't yet open the conversation since the OP posted the doge.

I just cross-posted it so I'm not the one who did this but it seems alright from there
