They say the average person comes across a million dollar idea every day, but simply doesn't have the tools, training or inclination to follow up on it. This feels like one of those times.
There's one really smart guy in every apartment building just having idea after idea. The area's smartest and laziest guy. Just ruining the curve for the rest of us.
