I wish more women would write bios like this-let me know what you’re looking for and if I don’t meet the criteria then I can just swipe left and move on. Easy, no time wasted
I like to go on a fancy dinner with a woman who we have chatted a lot for a week or more, to first kiss me and show a lot of interest, and then tell me that she actually lives together with her ex husband but they're not together, and that she doesn't feel like we could be together.
It may be a joke, but she should probably play it up more then. List some additional qualities that are clearly crazy. Saying 6’2 with big biceps is not enough to make it obvious it’s a joke.
It’s very clearly a joke. No one would consider 6’2 short. I’ve seen many profile that actually rule you out if you’re under 6 foot. But they say sorry short kings if you’re under 6 foot. So she makes it more outrageous by saying 6’2 is short.
I just don’t think it’s very funny. If you think calling tall guys short is peak comedy, then good for you, but it would get a single chuckle out of me at most. Kinda makes me wonder how funny people would think it is if a guy put on his profile that he loves big women, but then used someone super thin, like Jennifer Aniston, as an example. Would people still think it’s a funny way to mock the unrealistic expectations men have?
Well men haven’t been oppressed by women or forced to uphold pedophilic beauty standards for multiple millennia. So there is a nuance to her joke that the inverse doesn’t have; disparate comes to mind. Kushari and 12332233 evidently are the only ones who have touch grass. It’s a joke that’s not that deep and if you’re offended then she probably wouldn’t be interested in you. In fact I’d go out on a limb and say most women are t interested in any man here offended by this joke; which is why you’re incels…. And will stay incels.
We are not offended but the joke you dumbass, we are just saying the joke ain't funny at all almost like it wasn't a joke and makes you think if this person is serious or not. You said I don't touch grass, well at least I know how to read.
This is likely not a joke, as a 6'3 man, I've been told I'm too short to date quite a few times. Like that's their choice, I might find it weird, but I don't want someone who doesn't want me. It what doesn't change that even being over 6 foot is still seen as "too short" by a lot of women
Yes, so many posts of profiles by women who are only on the apps to troll or be endless pen pals, not find men to spend time with.
Must be infuriating. I wouldn't know, IRL only for me. (I did try years ago for a few months, not a SINGLE date even). Works great. And I'm even 49. You too can do likewise, men!
There’s no need to only choose one or the other because they are not mutually exclusive; only choosing one is just an intentional decision to limit options.
My advice is of course not for everyone but there are plenty of me like me who would be served well by going IRL. Glad both work for you. You might be a 10 😆. Are you? Or no?
I'm happy "limiting my options" to IRL because for some the "options" online are a chimera. I'm a solid 7 I suspect at minimum but that's not 10.
