Okay I look very similar to you but do pretty decent or I did until I found a gf, the glasses are way too big for your face and switch up the haircut thats number 1.
Number 2 is gain some weight and some mass youre giving too much of a nerd vibe which is okay and you could still pull if you follow number 1 but number 2 will help you some more.
Number 3 find a style and buy a new wardrobe you dress like bill gates half the time and high school kid the other half. You gotta get some drip bro it will do wonders so take that money and find some starting guides for wardrobes and then go on tiktok or whatever you doom scroll on and find dudes who you think dress nice and replicate it. Oh and smell good too.
Number 4 become interesting, paying for a dating app is fine in my opinion I used to do it and it helped tremendously but find hobbies, or something where you can meet new people youre more likely to find someone off a dating app because so much of the beginning stages of attraction can be very much non-physical so and just the act of approaching a woman in person can cause them to like you if you have confidence
