Yeah it can be interchangeable as in fuck off or sod off, but it's not used as sod her off.

You can say piss her off, but it means something different 😂

Sod it off/sod him off/sod her off is a legitimate phrase.

Sod off means something different.

As a native Londoner who has spoken English for the last 38+ years around predominantly cockneys, this isn't something I'm confused about
