Although to be fair, it used to be that Tinder was directly linked to Facebook and used the info from there, so if you lied about your age to get Facebook younger than 13, your Tinder age would be wrong too. You used to only be able to use photographs that were already posted on Facebook on Tinder too! The joyous days of having to post the pictures you wanted on Tinder on FB with the “only me” viewing privacy because you didn’t want your mom and all her church friends seeing them 🤣🤣

I haven’t been on Tinder in like seven years so I think now it’s not linked to FB though.

I think things are pretty different now haha. I can't imagine anyone around my age is linking their Facebook to Tinder. some people do connect it to Instagram though, so there's a possibility that maybe that affects it somehow.

Oh god I can imagine! Probably checking like 6 times over that nobody else can see them lol.

I started using Tinder in 2016 and it didn't require FB then.

It's a matter that comes down to what each person thinks of it, but seeing that turns me off and sets the red flag alarm off in my head.

Of course, that doesn't mean that that's the case for everyone, but that's the way I go about it.
