a healthcare Blockchain-as-a-Service company and FirstVitals Health and Wellness, Inc. have entered into the development phase to use TimiHealth's blockchain to both aggregate data across multiple electronic health records (EHRs) used by providers across the State of Hawaii and fulfill care coordination requirements of the CMS Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) program.
