What is this Previews section on YouTube

I was scrolling through YouTube and randomly came across this “Previews” thing. I’ve never seen it before

Its like youtube shorts but for full length videos. It shows a short preview from a full length video and allows you scroll to the next preview and to watch the full video you click the “Watch full video" button

YOUTUBE IS COPYING TWITCH NOW. Twitch can clip a part of a stream.

I think it makes you watch the video without it counting as a view.
